Put the whole process to work.
A useful piece of company work usually crosses several boundaries. A message arrives, someone checks an account, a decision is made, and another system needs an update. TAC-OS brings those steps together in a Flow, with a clear place for both automation and human judgement.
Start with the systems you have
A Flow can begin with a company event, a schedule or a person. It connects to the systems that already hold your business data. Those systems keep their authority; the Flow coordinates the work between them.
Give every step a clear job
Use ordinary code for a calculation, a model for an assessment, and a person for a decision that needs their judgement. Typed inputs and outcomes make the handoffs explicit. Each Run keeps the version of the plan it started with.
Make waiting part of the process
Some work needs a reply, a review or an available service. A Run can wait, continue or surface a failure according to its defined policy. The history explains where work stopped and what happened next.
Typed Flows, frozen RunPlans, human Steps, waits and recorded outcomes are part of the runtime being developed and used at Anquet.
We are shaping a company work surface that makes those processes easier to start, follow and operate.
