An agentic company.
One Flow at a time.
TAC-OS stands for The Agentic Company Operating System. The name describes the destination: a company where people can put more work in the hands of AI, with company knowledge, permissions and human control built into how that work happens.
Make one process better.
Choose a recurring piece of work with a clear outcome. A financial calculation. A customer report that needs investigating. An issue ready for implementation.
Define a Flow around that work and connect the systems it needs. Bring in people where judgement matters, ordinary software where the rules are known, and agents where interpretation or investigation is useful.
Your existing systems can stay in place. The first Flow gives you something concrete to operate, inspect and improve.
Make the outcome explainable.
Each execution is a Run, with its own frozen plan. Its Steps retain what was observed, what was decided and which changes were accepted. That record belongs to the company's operational history.
The audit trail connects the work to its evidence, recorded access and explicit human decisions. An approval can identify the submitted decision, the reviewer identity and what was being approved.
When something needs attention, the history should explain where the work reached. Recovery can use retained results, and a repair adds a new Run linked to the original.
Control, audit and recoveryLet work leave something useful behind.
A completed task can add evidence and knowledge for the next one. tacFS keeps source files and versioned company documents; Run records retain the decisions and accepted outcomes behind the work. Together they build the company's lasting corpus.
The brain is a working view built from that corpus. It organises the knowledge for the questions and processes you need today. As models and methods improve, new processing Flows can build better versions from the retained source evidence, with their own recorded results.
TAC-OS is model agnostic. Through tacApp, people will be able to use company-approved models to ask questions, check current facts through permitted tools and request the next useful Flow.
The company brainBring in the next useful Flow.
Once a process is useful, its connections, components and knowledge become foundations for more work. Support evidence can inform engineering. An investigation can improve future classification. Operating experience can guide the next release.
That is what we mean by an agentic company OS: a shared foundation that becomes more valuable as more of the company's work can use it.
We're developing TAC-OS through that same approach at Anquet.
