Put AI to work. Know what happened.

Putting more company work in the hands of AI means being able to account for it. What did the model do? What did it find? Who accessed the information? Where did a person make the decision? TAC-OS connects the work, authority and evidence so those questions have a record to follow.

What is the AI doing?
Follow the Run and its Steps: the plan, selected model, declared tools, reported progress and where work is waiting.
What did it find?
Inspect the returned assessment, source evidence and tool outcomes. Follow a conclusion back to the recorded material that supports it.
Who accessed the information?
Trace recorded access through TAC-OS to the user or agent identity, the information requested and the authority used.
Was a human involved in the decision?
Inspect the explicit human approval: who submitted the decision, what they approved and the evidence attached to that Step.

Keep authority close to the action

Permission to start a Flow does not grant unlimited access to the company. Work runs under declared data and capability requirements. Consequential operations use their own authority checks, and a Flow can include a human decision where it is needed.

Follow the evidence behind an outcome

A Run retains its plan, Step results and supporting material. An assessment can carry references to the source evidence and declared tool outcomes that informed it. The record lets an authorised reviewer inspect what was returned and how the process reached its outcome.

Account for access to company information

Governed access through TAC-OS records the requesting identity, scope, authority and outcome. Those facts connect information access to the work that required it, so a review can establish who or what made the request and which access was granted.

Keep evidence of the human decision

An explicit human approval Step records the submitted decision and the identity and authority associated with it, alongside the candidate and review evidence. A later audit can inspect that approval and its place in the process. The subsequent action retains its own outcome and authority checks.

Retain the accepted outcome

Steps retain typed results and evidence. Company-data changes are declared and applied through the platform, with receipts for accepted operations. A failed Run can still contain earlier accepted changes, and the history preserves that distinction.

Recover the work already done

Interrupted application can resume from retained results. A repair creates new history connected to the original Run. Database reconstruction consumes recorded facts and retained values, without making historical model decisions again or repeating external writes.

THE FOUNDATION TODAY

The runtime includes governed access records, human Steps, retained results, application recovery and immutable repair history. Database reconstruction rehearsals exercise the retained-data foundation; recovery also requires the relevant key-custody material.

WHERE WE'RE TAKING IT

We are developing clearer audit and review surfaces through tacApp, alongside simpler ways to inspect authority, human decisions and recovery evidence.
