When a company has many automated processes, somebody still needs to understand the whole picture. Operations is a view through tacApp: what is happening, what is waiting and where a person can move things forward.
Follow an outcome back through the Run
Start with a customer, source event or failed process and inspect its recorded execution. Live progress and sealed history are distinct views, so an operator can see what is still changing and what has been accepted.
Bring attention to the right place
A human review, unavailable Runner and exhausted retry policy call for different responses. The operating view should make the reason for a wait or failure legible and offer only the actions that person is authorised to take.
See the company through your responsibilities
A builder, support colleague and company operator need different views of the same underlying work. Tenant membership, role and data permissions must determine what each person can inspect or change.
The Control API and CLI support Run inspection and operations. The Execution Index provides bounded queries and aggregates over live and sealed work.
An authenticated Anquet dashboard is the next working surface we want to develop through tacApp, followed by richer company and role-based views.
