Your way into the company's work.
tacApp brings company AI and company work into the same place. Ask a question, inspect the evidence behind an answer, pick up a task or start a permitted Flow. It is the human face of TAC-OS we are building.
Choose a question
Which customer problems should shape our next release — and why?
Prioritise the offline sign-in investigation. It is the largest recurring group in the recent support cases, and there is already a candidate change to evaluate.
- Offline sign-in
- 8 related cases. An existing candidate fix is awaiting review.
- Interrupted downloads
- 5 cases. A fix has shipped; check which reports concern the newer version.
- Export options
- 3 requests. These describe additional functionality rather than a failure.
Follow the evidence
16 distinct cases grouped by recorded classification and source evidence: 8 offline sign-in, 5 interrupted downloads and 3 export requests. Repeated messages in a case are counted once.
Two crash signatures appear in reports attached to the sign-in cases. They are useful investigation inputs; the common cause has not yet been established.
The sign-in issue has a candidate change awaiting review. The download issue is linked to a released fix, so the next check is whether affected customers are using that version.
Investigate recurring sign-in failures
Use the eight cases, related crash evidence and candidate change to assess the cause and recommend the next engineering task.
- Compare the permitted case evidence
- Evaluate the candidate against the reported symptoms
- Return findings and a proposed task for human review
The proposal is reviewed before any code change or customer response.
A conversation with company context
Ask a company-approved model about customers, recurring problems, decisions and work in progress. Company AI can use the brain to find retained evidence and permitted tools to check current systems. TAC-OS is model agnostic, so the model can evolve while the company keeps its underlying knowledge and history.
Move from an answer to useful work
A question about repeated support problems might lead to an investigation. A query about a payment could lead to an account review. tacApp can bring the proposed Flow, its inputs and the required decisions into view, carrying the conversation's evidence forward.
Bring people into the process
See personal and shared work, claim a task, review a proposed outcome and submit a decision. Some tasks can be completed in tacApp; others can use a permitted local workspace and the specialist tools a person already prefers.
Work with the access your role allows
Company policy determines the models, information, tools and Flows available to a person. Chat can be available on its own or within a task. The same permissions apply when asking a question, opening its evidence or requesting the next action.
Human Steps, recorded outcomes, scoped data access and Flow admission provide the runtime foundations. tacApp and its company-AI experience are documented product direction.
We are developing the human work surface around Anquet's needs: questions, queues, evidence, approvals and the ability to start and follow company processes.
