Keep the knowledge. Improve the brain.
Every Flow can leave something useful behind: source material, evidence, decisions and results. Together, that retained collection is your company corpus. The brain is a working view built from it, organised so people and agents can find connections, answer questions and inform the next piece of work.
The lasting asset is the corpus
Keep source material alongside the conclusions and accepted outcomes it produced. A customer report, its attachments, an investigation and the resulting decision can all remain useful. That gives future work the original evidence to revisit, with a record of how it was used.
The brain makes that knowledge usable
The brain organises the retained corpus into searchable information, relationships and useful context. It is a working view of your company's knowledge, built for the questions and processes you need today. The source evidence remains available under its access rules.
Build better brains from the same evidence
As models improve, so can the way you extract meaning, organise information and find relevant evidence. A new processing Flow can revisit retained source material, apply a different model or method, and publish a new version for evaluation. The original work stays recorded, so the improvement can be compared with what came before.
Choose what becomes discoverable
Retaining a file and publishing it to search are separate decisions. Private source material, structured company documents and shared search content can have different audiences. Search and evidence access must respect those boundaries.
Ask across the company
With the relevant sources and tools connected, company AI can bring support evidence, account information and recorded work into the same investigation. Ask which problems keep returning, why an outcome changed, or what needs attention. In tacApp, an answer can lead to an authorised Flow, with the evidence carried into that work.
Recover what you had. Record what you improve.
Recovery rebuilds the accepted state from retained records and values. Improving the brain is new work: a new Flow applies the chosen method and retains its results. This keeps a clear history of what the company knew and decided at the time, alongside what it learns later.
The current foundation includes encrypted tacFS documents, versioned publications, search, retained embeddings and support ingestion through case classification.
We are building towards easier evaluation and promotion of improved representations of the corpus, with company AI in tacApp making that knowledge useful in conversation and company processes.
A lasting home for the source evidence.
tacFS keeps the company files that today's brain and future methods can use.
